Delivery

Standard Delivery £4.50 (3-5 working day service).  If you order multiple items, you will only be charged once for delivery.  This will be calculated when you check out.  

Large Parcel Delivery £15 (3-5 working day service for larger/heavier items).  If you order multiple items, you will only be charged once for delivery.  This will be calculated when you check out.  

Furniture Delivery - for large furniture items purchased at the shop, we offer a local delivery service (within a 15 mile radius) for £60.  Large furniture can also be 'Collected in Person' from the shop and will usually require 2 people -  please notify a member of staff that you are collecting the piece of furniture.  

International Delivery - please email us a list of the items or a screenshot of your basket and we will get back to you with payment details and anticipated delivery time.  Furniture and fragile items are not available for international delivery.  

Environment - please be aware that we re-use and re-purpose packaging where possible to lessen the impact on the environment.  Your parcel may not look brand new but our fantastic range of products inside will make up for it!

 

Returns

We really want you to be delighted with the quality of our goods, but if anything does not meet with your satisfaction, please return the items within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price.  

All returns must be in new and unused condition with all original tags still on. If you decide to return a non-faulty item to us, you will be responsible for safe return of the item and the costs involved.  

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery.  Please fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

The Piglett Company cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels when returning a product.

If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, do get in touch with us via email and we will do our utmost to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible.
