The Fair opens at 9am with arrival and SETUP from 8am for All Pitches.
Outdoor Pitches include space for one large table supplied by yourself as well as space to display items around and underneath your table. You will also need to supply any awnings required. During colder months your gazebo may be used to protect stock if the weather is unkind but these must be erected by 830am at the latest and only taken down after midday. You will have space for one vehicle.
Indoor Pitches include one large table and 2 chairs which are provided (if you would prefer to bring your own please let us know via email ahead of the day) as well as space to display items around and underneath your table. As parking is very limited and the outside is being used for some stalls, please unload early and park off-site. The majority of tables are 160cm x 70cm - please bring your own table covering for the vintage feel.
Power is generally not included with a Pitch. For Indoor Pitches only, we can supply power if you contact us in advance.
Marketing by Us - Spring PIGLETT is being advertised heavily in The Village Mag - delivered free to 8,000 houses between Emsworth & Chichester. Extensive online marketing including well-utilized social media groups. Custom Vinyl Banners x2 - on the road and outside the venue 4 & 2 weeks prior to the event. Business Yard Signs x2 on local roads - 2 weeks prior to the event. Printed leaflets at The Piglett Co. (Bosham Walk Arts & Crafts Centre). Leafleting including West Stoke, Bosham, Chichester, West Dean, Cowdray, Goodwood. Adverts in local School Newsletters. And More. Pre & Post event social media advertising of each brand.
Marketing by Stall Holders - If you use social media, please could you advertise your presence at Spring PIGLETT regularly prior to the event. Please also let your customers, friends and family know about the event! The more customers we have, the better it is for everyone!
Cancellations will be accepted one month in advance.
The Piglett Co reserves the right to take photos of any stock displayed to use for either advertising or social media.
All rubbish should be taken with you. Your Pitch area should be left as you found it.

Organiser’s liability - cancellation of the Fair, force majeure etc:
1.1 The Contract shall continue in full force and effect and the Organiser shall be under no obligation to repay the Charges paid or payable by the Exhibitor and shall be under no liability to the Exhibitor whatsoever as the result of the happening of any of the following events: (a) the Fair being abandoned, cancelled, postponed, suspended (in whole or in part) or otherwise adversely affected by reason of any act of God, war, fire, flood, emergency, drought, labour, dispute, trade dispute, terrorist act, threat of terrorism, strike, lock out, civil disturbance, accident, the non-availability of the Fair Venue or any other cause not within the Organiser’s control; (b) any changes in requirements of any Authority or the Owner in respect of the Fair; EXHIBITORS ARE URGED TO SEEK APPROPRIATE INSURANCE COVER IN RESPECT OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE FOREGOING RISKS.
1.2 The Organiser shall be entitled to exercise all or any of the rights, powers or discretions conferred on it by these terms and conditions without assigning any reason and (unless otherwise provided) in such a manner as, in the Organiser’s view, is in the best interests of the Fair. In no circumstances shall the exercise by the Organiser of any of these rights, powers or discretions give rise to any claim against it.
1.3 The Organisers reserve the right to change the dates and or location.
