The date for Summer PIGLETT 2025 has now been confirmed!
And we are very excited to be adding A NEW PITCH TYPE, the 3 metre x 3 metre outside gazebo (which must be white, please)!
Summer PIGLETT 2025 will open at 10am to the public with setup from 7am.
We will have 2Mx2M and 3Mx3M pitches inside. To give you an idea of how much a pitch can include:
A 2 metre x 2 metre will typically provide space for a 6ft table and a chair behind with space under the table for extra stock
A 3 metre x 3 metre will typically provide space for 3x 6ft tables in a horseshoe layout
All tables / chairs / gazeboes and equipment are supplied by yourself. Please ensure your table / stock does not exceed the size of the pitch you book as you will encroach onto your neighbour's space. If unsure, book a bigger pitch! Pitch position will be decided by the organisers once all bookings are in - if you require a specific location due to a disability or for pitch-cover, please advise via email at the time of booking.

We are looking for pitches with a focus on products / services suitable for the country abode! Some examples are listed on the Summer PIGLETT page but anything for the 'Country Cottage Lifestyle' is what we are looking for!
Marketing:
Marketing by Us - Summer PIGLETT 2025 will be advertised in the same way as in 2024 and will likely include the following or similar: - The Village Mag Advert (@localvillagemag) - delivered free to 8,000 houses between Emsworth & Chichester / Sussex Local Magazine Advert - delivered via Royal Mail to 6000+ homes in Chichester and 7000+ homes in Midhurst & Petworth / The "What's On" section of Sussex Local in 4 of their area editions including Chichester, Midhurst & Petworth, Arundel and Barnham / The Easebourne Magazine “What’s on” section / Extensive online marketing including paid-for advertising and well-utilized social media groups / Personal online invites (these were sent to over 750 people in 2024!) / Business Yard Signs and Banner - 3 weeks prior to the event / Printed leaflets at The Piglett Co, Bosham Walk Arts & Crafts Centre / Leafleting including Bosham, Chichester, West Stoke, West Dean, Midhurst, Goodwood, Emsworth, Arundel / Personalized Pre-Event Social Media advertising of Each Brand / Whats On Sussex (@whatsonsussex) / The Great Sussex Way website (@thegreatsussexway) / "What's On" section of V2 Radio / Adverts in some local School Newsletters / And More. We will continue to update info here.
Marketing by Pitch Holders - If you use social media, please could you advertise your presence at Summer PIGLETT 2025 regularly prior to the event. Please also let your customers, friends and family know about the event! The more customers we have, the better it is for everyone. Summer PIGLETT leaflets will also be emailed as well as posted to you - which can be distributed to your customers / handed out at other events you do / leafleted locally to you. We require a minimum of 100 leaflets to be distributed per Pitch Holder (as this has worked well!)
Unloading & Loading - This is conveniently located directly outside the barn - on the day please load and move your vehicle to the adjacent field for parking, before returning to your pitch to setup. An information pack regarding the day will be emailed to you prior to the event with timings etc. As the setup and break-down worked so well last time partly due to the great venue setup(!) as well as the pro Pitch Holders we had on-board, we will be relaxing these setup and break-down times so there is less of a wait at the start and end of the day.
Cancellations - These will be accepted one month in advance.
Photography - The Piglett Co reserves the right to take photos / video of any stock displayed to use for either advertising or social media.
Rubbish - All rubbish should be taken with you and your pitch area should be left as you found it. The barn will be used for farming again the day after the event!

Organiser’s liability - cancellation of the Fair, force majeure etc:
1.1 The Contract shall continue in full force and effect and the Organiser shall be under no obligation to repay the Charges paid or payable by the Exhibitor and shall be under no liability to the Exhibitor whatsoever as the result of the happening of any of the following events: (a) the Fair being abandoned, cancelled, postponed, suspended (in whole or in part) or otherwise adversely affected by reason of any act of God, war, fire, flood, emergency, drought, labour, dispute, trade dispute, terrorist act, threat of terrorism, strike, lock out, civil disturbance, accident, the non-availability of the Fair Venue or any other cause not within the Organiser’s control; (b) any changes in requirements of any Authority or the Owner in respect of the Fair; EXHIBITORS ARE URGED TO SEEK APPROPRIATE INSURANCE COVER IN RESPECT OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE FOREGOING RISKS.
1.2 The Organiser shall be entitled to exercise all or any of the rights, powers or discretions conferred on it by these terms and conditions without assigning any reason and (unless otherwise provided) in such a manner as, in the Organiser’s view, is in the best interests of the Fair. In no circumstances shall the exercise by the Organiser of any of these rights, powers or discretions give rise to any claim against it.
1.3 The Organisers reserve the right to change the dates and or location.
